Claims 3 and 4 of the contempt of court Act 1976 (Article 1973), Article 204 Sindh Rented Premise Ordinance (XVII of 1979), Section 22 (2) of the contempt of court proceedings against the landlord, alleged violation of the appellate court order. According to the situation, the tenants have never disclosed the size of the shop and the site on which such action is related. The site and shop size specified by the tenants as the landlord states in accordance with the court's order, the actual location of the shop is kept safe in compliance with the court order, regarding the actual location of the tenant's shop. I do the same, however, putting myself unconditionally at the mercy of the court when apologizing, the status quo is not clear in relation to the controversial site. And the landlord still left room for the tenant where, according to him, the homeowner's shop is located, the landlord's version appears to fit the site and its size. Disobedience to the stagnation order by the landlord, thus, was not intentional and he was entitled to take advantage of the doubt; the petition was ordered against the landlord, allegedly for disobeying the court order.
