Appeal was filed on the date specified by the department and after that the appellant applied for approval to the Punjab lawyer for filing the appeal when the filing of the appeal had already expired. No explanation was forthcoming. Was not sought within the sanction limit. The order in question is given for the interim period between the date of the order; and the date of the application for the approval of the lawyer for filing an appeal even after obtaining the lawyer's approval does not appeal for more than three weeks. The appellant (government) could not claim any extraordinary treatment in respect of the delay of everyone. Neither explanation nor timely opportunity was provided for filing an appeal in time, which was a valuable right of the assessee to assemble, so he had to take into account the conduct of the appellant workers.
