Regarding the need to comply with Income Tax Ordinance 1979 section 80C, 80CC and 80D constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) section 80C, 80CC and 80D, Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 Question Pakistan constitution involved Appeal leave had already been approved and order was issued in other petitions containing the same question. The applicant submitted that his application for leave of appeal was also accepted on the same request. Which includes only one question of law. The leave of appeal was granted on the same terms as in other similar petitions
