RAB NAWAZ versus STATE
Article 302 The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) argued that the decision of the High Court was announced after hearing the arguments after eight months. That the acquittal of the co-accused and the dismissal of the state appeal by the High Court was sufficient to prove the prosecution's version against the accused. As a result of the operation, a serious suspicion was expressed on the integrity of the entire prosecution case by the complainant, by pressing a slit wound on the victim's stomach and the testimony of the most interested witnesses could not be believed. In the absence of a strong conviction, the perpetrators were allowed to engage in the interests of safe administration of criminal justice so that they could re-publish the evidence in the light of the convicts.
