The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Section 2 (xxviii) and 34 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) were approved by the Registrar Trade Union Labor Court, however, such approval was invalid on this basis. That the applicants were not laborers. Appellate Tribunal affirms Labor court applicants' finding The Labor Court's constitutional application against the decisions was also dismissed by the High Court; leave of appeal for consideration of applicants was granted. In view of the definitions of "court" and "labor", it is a mistake to admit that the applicants were not laborers and that in this case, a proof was presented to the applicants demonstrating them to be employees.
