Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 10 and 13 (b) Cancellation of Trade Union Labor Court Registration on Complaint Filed by the Deputy Director, Labor The registration of the trade union under the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 was canceled on some grounds. The trade union's Industrial Relations Ordinance, a violation of section 10 of the 1969 Act which contained a special section relating to the cancellation of the trade unions, provided that the complaint, including the grounds for the cancellation of the trade union, Only the Registrar can. To make such complaints to the Trade Union, to itself and to any other person, the Registrar of Section 13 (b) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, Section 13 (b) of 1969, was a common provision of empowering the trade union. Was not entitled to authorize another person. The Labor Labor Court, thus, cannot accept the Deputy Director's complaint, granting the authority to file a complaint to any individual, the Labor Court's trade canceling the registration of the trade union on the complaint filed by the Deputy Director Labor registration.
