The Arbitration Act 1940 Section 17 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), section 12 (2) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of section 12 (2) referees with respect to the applicant's application against the award. The petitioner's review against dismissing such application was dismissed as the PC was dismissed. Considering the relationship between the sales and the applicants and the respondents, the alleged sale transaction could be considered a good transaction and the award was not collective in that regard.
