RIAZ-UL-HAQ versus SELECTION COMMITTEE CONSTITUTED FOR ADMISSION TO BOLAN MEDICAL COLLEGE
Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Admission to MB, B section class denied the applicant against the specific seat which he requested to support his application for leave PM. The district is not excluding petitioners. To appeal to the Supreme Court it was claimed that his three sisters were admitted to medical colleges on the basis that they were residents of the \ M \ 'district. It was contradictory to the selection committee's rejection of the claim that he too resided in the district, allowing the appellant's leave to consider the applicant's problems.
