The complaint against the permanent officer in his parents 'department was that he approached his parents' department (Senate) to be sent back home but his request was rejected. Petitioner claimed that his refusal to return was based on inaccurate data and facts, and the authority refused to turn the applicant into his parent's department. Appeal permission was considered whether the applicant had been in his parent's department against the permanent post; therefore, his refusal to return was discriminatory in nature and based on false facts; and whether the applicant was in the permanent post. Had been working as a lower division clerk for 6/2 years, therefore, in the absence of a contrary order, he would be confirmed that the question had been called and other principles would be explained. ?
