MANSAB ALI versus MUHAMMAD SALAM
Arbitration Act 1940 Sections 17 and 39 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 2 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) The application for the award of the Court of Court was dismissed and the award set aside. In which the order was challenged. The appeal of the High Court was dismissed on the basis that the applicants did not, through review of the question, appeal and earlier, the review on filing of the order along with the appeal of the memorandum was excluded on that basis. The question was that no review was authorized. It is permissible to assume that a beer-bearing award is rejected and the court is not ruled, in the case of the award, the order was not approved, and as such it was a plausible order. And there was no need to make a decree for it.
