Sindh Crimes Control Act 1975 Section 14 Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), Section 555 was not charged with being a former offender, not mentioned in police incidents at the time, date and place of occurrence. Nor was the order issued by the magistrate, the allegations against the accused unambiguous, and it was not publicly shown that before the current police report, there was a case of wind on the accused, which lists any documents or witnesses. Assistance was not initiated by the police against the accused, not by the magistrate. Factor which amounts to abuse of process of court proceedings pending in a court magistrate was not against the law, he was admitted and the accused was suspended.
