The service tribunals under section 4, section 4 (main section) of the Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973 and the terms of the proviso have been appealed before the limit of the service tribunal while section 4 provides for the relevant provisions of the Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973. Within 30 days of communication of such order from the Service Tribunal, it is deemed necessary by the Department to appeal, review or restrict the representation, 90 days thereafter and make the flow only service Going to the tribunal will remove the disability and thereafter no further period has been provided, unless there is an appeal, review or representation, which was decided (whichever was filed), The delimitation will then come under the main section, and refer the affected public servants to the Service Tribunal within 30 days from the date of communication of such order. Ban, appeal, revision or representation shall be the final order under Section 4, Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973
