Were not included in the list of All current trained graduate / unskilled graduate teachers working at B15 in the federal government's educational institutions were included in the B16 Petitioners and some successfully graduated with a MA degree. Had not been upgraded from B15 to B16, the appeals before the service tribunal were not successful. Appeal appeals were considered whether applicants could be discriminated against by unskilled graduate teachers / village workshop instructors who were not equal but were less than or equal to their status. No reason was given. Justify Applicants' Denial of Graduation The village workshop instructors, including other teachers, have also been upgraded. There was no reason that applicants, who were physical training instructors, should be denied such benefits.
