HAFEEZ ULLAH versus MUHAMMAD SALEEM
West Pakistan Citizens Rent Ordinance 1959 Articles 13 and 13 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) on the basis that the petitioner dismissed the respondents' appeals against the landlord and tenant relations on this basis. It was rejected that the landlord and tenant relationship between the appellate parties did not exist, however, such a finding was set aside and the appellant was ordered to be found as his tenant and defendant. The High Court upheld the appellate court's decision. Consider whether the appellate court was permissible to reverse the finding of the rent controller on the question of landlord and tenant relationship between the parties in the record of the landlord and tenant relationship.
