West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O15 (3) (e) alleges employees issuing charge sheets and questioning them after dismissing them for lack of duty habits. He was later dismissed from the job. The employee was found guilty of the usual absence of leave-duty duty, in response to the charge sheet issued by him, and admitted to the charge that he had not been charged. The employee is, in the circumstances, rightly dismissed from the job because the action is false, fraudulent or defective or the inquiry officer had it.
