The Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 2 (xxviii) and the 25 Maintenance of a Workman Complaint Request Employee, which was found to be gross misconduct, were posted from the Senior Head Cashier to the Head Cashier Employee Junior. The officer was ranked as an officer. The first, employed under the Legislative Rules of the National Bank of Pakistan, 1973, was such an officer and not a worker and industrial relations ordinance, 1969 and the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance, 1968. And the Labor Court had no jurisdiction to dismiss the employee's complaint filed under section 25A of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969.
