The leave to appeal the testimony order 1984 Article 3, Provenso Panel Code (XLV of 1860), section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was allowed to examine the argument which was admitted in confession. The witness did what was sent to jail. The charge of wrongdoing was not a credible witness in view of Article 3 of the Martyrdom 1984 and therefore his testimony could not be relied upon.
