IKHTIAR AHMAD QURESHI versus GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN
Article 16 Constitution of Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974 (1973), Article 212 (3) rejects the claim of overpayment while working against the High Post Service Tribunal, dismissing the claim of the Government employee that the service. The record was searched by the tribunal. This was contrary to the Supreme Court's decision in the case of Amar Muftioun (1992 SCMR 1869) that it was declared that a civil servant, who had acted against a high office and who had retired from that position. Employees have the right to take the salary associated with it. Post-appeal leave was allowed to be considered, even though the opinion with the service tribunal was in accordance with the law enacted by the SCMR 1869 in 1992 by the Supreme Court.
