The question included in the constitutional petition was whether so many multi-storied buildings were in accordance with the Building Code or the Master Plan or not the Quetta Municipal Correctional Proof Building Code, 1937, which is still intact and operative, which established private buildings in the municipal area of Quetta. The construction of the building is regular, whereby the height of the building should not be more than 30 feet from the ground floor to the top of the roof. Such question can be decided by the High Court. The same was being complied with or was being flouted with the respondents as was the case under the Constitution.
