Crimes under the Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act 1975 Section 3 Telegraph Act (XIII of 1885) Section 25D Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 452, Section 452, The Penal Code, 1860 (Defendant) Crimes Against and Section 25D, the Telegraph Act, 1885 challan was presented before the Special Judge (suppressing terrorist activities) in the Constitutional petition of the special court for trial of such offenses as found by the accused. The High Court maintained that legal proceedings against the accused by the special court have no legal effect. Section 452 of the Contempt Code and the Section 25D Telegraph Act, 1885, were not included in the Schedule, which constituted part of the Terrorism Activities (Special Courts) Press Act, 1975.
