MUHAMMAD SULEMAN versus ZUBAIDA BIBI
Claims of the plaintiff's claim were dismissed by the Family Court of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 Section 5 and Schedule Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 199 and 185 (3), but the Appellate Court and the High Court ruled on behalf of the Appellate Court. Was able to decide the question whether defendant (in his claim) had paid the duress in question, or not, in the absence of a High Court misrepresentation or lack of evidence, seeking the Court of Appeal in the constitutional jurisdiction. It was right not to interfere. The plaintiff's High Court also stated in its judgment that the defendant had filed a constitutional petition after almost a year, but there was no case for merit to pressurize the defendant's help. No weakness was left to appeal in High Court's constitutional jurisdiction orders
