Pakistan Penal Code Section 324 [such as the Criminal Law (Third Amendment) Ordinance (XXXIX of 1993), Section 7] Suppressing Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act (XV of 1975), Sections 3, 4 and Special Court Under Article 7307, PPC and 324 of the Schedule to the PPC, the Criminal Law (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 1993 was the Materia Section 324, PPC (as an alternative) to suppress terrorist activities. The Schedule to the Schedule (Special Courts) substituted section 307 of the PPC. In 1975, no invoice could be thrown about the jurisdiction by a special court established under the Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act, 1975, which was a code of conduct and, in lieu of its Practical Forum, requested the circumstances. I was excluded.
