The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 199 and 212 Punjab Civil Servants Act (VIII of 1974), Section 9 deals with constitutional jurisdiction, with regard to the posting and posting of a public servant in a particular place, with regard to the terms and conditions of a public servant fox. Jurisdiction The High Court is banned under Article 212 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973)
