Pakistan Penal Code Section 363 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), abolition of Article 199 FIR (accused) who allegedly kidnapped a minor child was his father and natural guardian. According to the terms of the agreement, the mother was to remain (the defendant) until the age of 7 or until she had contracted the second marriage, the Syed's agreement was not challenged by the respondent's child. The child's age was around 8 years and the defendant had contracted a second marriage, in the circumstances, could not be convicted. The continuation of litigation and proceedings against it may be equivalent to unnecessary harassment, whereby the FIR lodged against the applicant is likewise terminated.
