MUHAMMAD SARWAR versus SANA ULLAH
Sections 417, 369 and 561 of the Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) were filed two appeals against the acquittal by the complainant, inherent powers of the High Court of Appeal, which were premature while both from the other State.
