Sections 417, 369 and 561 of the Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) were filed two appeals against the acquittal by the complainant, inherent powers of the High Court of Appeal, which were premature while both from the other State. Under section 6161 AA, the inherent power of the High Court, CRPC, can be used to secure the ends of justice and to prevent the abuse of the court bar in section 696969 CCPC.
