Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 499 of the Xenia (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 10, bail, rejects the bail issued by a person, who is released on bail. Was ordered, the court dismissed on the basis that the accused was a Bengali order on the ground that only the bail was rejected on the ground that the bail cannot be released on account of being Bengali, nor valid. Was neither appropriate nor was the bail set aside on the basis of any clause of the order denying the bail.
