Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 A Complaint Petition Maintenance Petitioners claimed they were employees of Respondent Mills, but Respondent Mills denied the employer-employee relationship between them. They could prove their employment relationship with defendant Mills, but they could not. Show any appointment order, card or ticket to show that they are employees of Mills. Despite the absence of any evidence, it cannot be said that the applicant was an employee of the applicant mills, the petition filed by the applicant was properly rejected which was not upheld by the Labor Court.
