The Civil Servants Act 1973 Section 18 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 12 (2) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) of the civil servants' former appeal service were dismissed before the Tribunal and the Supreme Court.
