AMANULLAH versus DISTRICT JUDGE, GUJRANWALA
The West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 Section 5 and Schedule Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) dismissed the plaintiff's (wife's) decision to dissolve the marriage due to the Khulla Courts and the husband's decision was pronounced on the bride. High Court remands the plaintiff's case for restoration of rights The wife admitted to the senior superintendent of police that her husband had beaten her and his wife was sent to the secretariat through her husband's protection. It was when such a wife told circumstances that she had hated her husband, their claim could not be denied precisely. The relationship between husband and wife is the kind of very intimate, too embarrassing to reveal in court for any of them what had happened between them in privacy. Such things in their home may hardly be the standard for a wife to evaluate the substance in the statement that she has hated her husband's order. The High Court, in such a case, rejected the unexpected leave to appeal in such circumstances.
