Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC) Section 176 was sentenced to inquiry into the cause of death by the Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Article 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition magistrate. One of the accused who was the cause of death of the deceased was associated with the said inquiry and his statement was also recorded, the statement of the other accused who was his wife was not necessary as he was not interested. ? No time limit was required to dispose of the deceased magistrate's body with her husband (co-accused); the accused was directed to dispose of the deceased's body for post mortem examination. According to the complainant, the constitutional request was dealt with in the inquiry as well
