MANZOOR AHMAD versus STATE
Government lands (Colony) Act 1912 Section 10 West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967), Section 164 of the Board of Revenue Directive No. 1246 82/1961 CLI, dated 17 5 1982, for the grant of property rights to persons. The petitioner for the acquisition of proprietary rights was dismissed on 17 17 1982 without considering the direction of the Board of Revenue. Applications for the grant of such proprietary rights were filed within three months of the issuance of instructions by the Board of Revenue Petitioner. Application within a specified time; no other application for acquisition of proprietary rights was made within the stipulated time; the Board of Revenue has directed that the applicant consider the guidelines for the granting of proprietary rights. And if it meets the conditions and no matter the breach of the terms proposed by it, it should be allowed property rights.
