STATE versus HASHIM
The cancellation of the allotment by order of the Government Lands (Punjab) Colonization Act 1912 Section 30 (2) (b) Revenue Authorities obtained the order from the Civil Court in its favor till the State had appealed in 1974 and Was said to be subject to change based on the decree. Approved in favor of the respondent state, then transferred to the Board of Revenue under section 30 (2) (b), the Board of Revenue for the cancellation of allotment in favor of the respondent in the Government Land Colonization (Punjab) Act 1912. Revenue refused to supply section 30. (A) (b) in favor of the plaintiff, since the inaction of the civil court against the order of the court of the Act was inactive and delayed the action for the cancellation of the allotment in favor of the defendant (30) (2) The provision of (b), the Government's Colonial Lands (Punjab) Act, 1912, does not give the Board of Revenue the open authority to set aside any work at any time.
