Appear before the commission The notification service tribunal's R5 declared the notification K5 of August 15, 1993 an ultra-virus of respondents' rights. The validity of the service tribunal was challenged by the validity petitioners (federal government) only to the extent that it declared the notification KR5. The decision of the Ultra Voice Service Tribunal, however, indicated that the 5R of the notification was not fully declared as ultra-virus but was only disqualified to the extent that it did not extend the service to that extent. Did not meet the tribunal's order. Any type of weakness encountered was not a matter of intervention
