The West Pakistan Weapons Ordinance 1965, Article 13 Criminal Code (v. 1898), Article 103 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was very unlikely that the accused would stand in front of the unlicensed Kalashnikov and 20 live cartridges. Was not allowed to leave and to appeal the question was allowed to examine the evidence on record in connection with the above control.
