Income Tax Ordinance 1979 Section 156, 30 and 22 Error Correction Income from bank interest is estimated as income from other sources as part of the business income of that interest, when in fact it is derived from other sources. Earnings were estimated by the tax officer, correcting the error under Section 156, Income Tax Ordinance 1979, on understanding the consequences of estimating income under incorrect headings, taxing income due to bank interest. The income from other sources, therefore, does not require the length of the legal ratio. When in fact it was claimed that it needed reasoning as a business or business income, then in fact, reasoning was needed.
