Act as Being 65 years under Article 179 of the Constitution, whenever an Acting Chief Justice of a High Court becomes a Judge of the Supreme Court, he will be retired until the age of retirement under Article 179 of the Constitution. May work in the post. The provision of Article 195 of the Constitution will not be attracted to him, instead his retirement age will be 65 years as per Article 179 of the Constitution.
