Section 497 (2) Immigration Ordinance (XVIII of 1979), Section 17 (1) / 24 (6) BA Grant wanted to go abroad for employment Seals / stamps were found fake on visa papers provided by the agent gone. The mere payment of a huge sum of Rs 50,000 to the agent cannot constitute a forgery, which can be done by the agent without his knowledge. The investigating authorities have to know through evidence that the accused himself wants a fake visa. And so, he paid Rs 50,000 in the agent's case against the accused. In the circumstances, further investigation was required and accordingly he was admitted on bail.
