West Pakistan Arms Ordinance 1965 Section 13 Suppression of Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act (XV of 1975), Section 4, the Special Court had no jurisdiction in this matter because 303 bore rifles were used for terrorist activities. Was not included in the schedule of the pressure law. After prosecuting the accused before a special court in 1975, it was declared an unlawful crime and the accused were sentenced and ordered to be released soon.
