Section 9 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Dismissing the appeal against the transfer order, the Legal Services Tribunal held that the material kept on record by a government employee was fully sufficient to prove it. Was insufficient. The transfer order was ordered with the intention of the public servant having already served for more than 30 years in one place, it cannot be considered with the intention of transferring to another place but in the circumstances leave of appeal.
