The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) of the Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), was pending before the Section 4 Service Tribunal for several years to deal with the appeal against the sanitary list and finally the dismissal of the same applicant. It was challenged by the departmental authority and within 30 days from the date of the decision and allowed to appeal the appeal whether the service tribunal properly maintained that the appeal was barred.
