R12 Constitution of Pakistan, (1973), Article 212 (3), the unauthorized public servant was initially sentenced to be reduced to a lower level during a period of two years; notice was taken during the public servant's court appeal. It was issued proposing a review of the punishment imposed under the THR-12, the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Employees (Discipline and Discipline) Rules 1978, after which the termination of employment was imposed. Employees are granted approval to consider the extension appeal even if the service tribunal makes a permanent decision on the question approved by the authority on this question. Had failed because it has not had any reason to increase the punishment.
