The jurisdictional public servant, however, failed to deal with the prejudice or the order was granted, without any jurisdiction, and that is more than the jurisdiction of the transfer authority's official employees' complaint. Will affect its development. The Financial Tribunal of the Authority is pending before the Service Tribunal which has exclusive jurisdiction in this matter. Government servants were not entitled to any relief in the constitutional jurisdiction by the High Court in any case.
