Pakistan Penal Code Section 420/468/471/477 A / 101, Corruption Prevention Act (IL of 1947), 95 (2) Ordinance of Crimes / Banks (Special Courts) (IX of 1984), Section 5 ( 7) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Interim bail cancellation accused had allegedly obtained ROW million as loan from financial institutions for fraud and misrepresentation, Special Court has given the accused Rs. Had admitted to granting interim bail in the case of the same order and issued notice to the state justification of the order on the basis that the special court gave relief to the accused without issuing notice to the state. Had no jurisdiction and this amount was in the order of grant of bail, not to be determined with respect to the money involved in this case, before the special court applicant (state) on the request of the accused bail. The verdict is postponed and such points may be raised in this court, however, considering the hefty sum. The interim order of the money involved in the case was amended, directing that the accused be issued a new bail in the amount of two crore which has a deadline for the trial judge's satisfaction with two bailouts. ? The Constitutional application for hearing of the bail plea before the special court was also shortened in the interest of the law was dealt with accordingly.
