On the basis of Section 5 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1919, on the basis of their trial by the Special Judge, without any jurisdiction, the aforesaid offense is mentioned in the Banks (Special Courts) Ordinance. Was not on the schedule associated with crime in the series. The offense, held under 1984 under section 5 of the Corruption Prevention Act, 1947, was a scheduled offense under the exclusive jurisdiction of the special court, which criminally requested leave of the accused and consequently he was discharged.
