July 30, 2013 (Ramadan 20, 1434) August 6, 2013 (Ramadan, 1434), rather than on the basis that the last 10 days of Ramadan were generally days of widespread spiritual and religious activity / worship and that there were many members. The number of parliamentarians can either be in retreat or go to Saudi Arabia from Umrah. That August 6, 2013 falls on one of the last three days of Ramadan, probably on the 27th of Ramadan, which will be very close to Eid al-Fitr, and many parliamentarians want to leave their homes right now. That if the presidential elections take place on August 6, 2013 (Ramadan 27), the fundamental rights of parliamentarians will be violated because they will not be able to participate in the presidential elections due to their spiritual and religious engagement in the last ten.
