Such orders of the Mayor Allotment were without legal permission and they did not grant any rights to the applicants under R10, Punjab Local Council (Property) Rules 1981, under which no immovable property of the Local Council was granted. Will not be separated from the sale route. Or otherwise by open auction and without the local approval of the applicant, by obtaining such property through a fake allotment and secondly without the approval of the municipal committee under section 77, Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979 There was a double error in adding. As such, they are not entitled to the claimed relief
