Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 Request for a Complaint The hearing of the petition filed by the employees against removal from the job was made by the employees on the basis that the complaint notice was ordered by the employees to be removed. After more than three months had passed since the date, the complaint filed by the employees was dismissed by the First Department Appeal against their dismissal, the employees filed a second appeal, which was also dismissed by the appellate authority. Done, the employee sends a notice of complaint within three months from the order dismissing his second departmental appeal. . The Second Departmental Appeal was not excluded on the basis that it was time-barred, or incompetent, but the appellate authority rejected it on merit, if the departmental appeal filed against the employee's removal from employment was also dismissed. Not excluded on time that prohibited or disqualified from time to time, but on the merits, the timely dismissal of the complaint filed by the Grievance Notice and the date of dismissal of their appeal by the G Employees shall not be barred. And, the delay, if any, will be acceptable.
