Confirming the Governor General, the Governor General consented to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muslim Personal Law (Sharia) Application Act, 1935, on 5 12 1935, so that act became an immediate operation, followed by the plaintiff's real brother on 10 12 1935. He died, which was the case, under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muslim Personal Law (Sharia) Application Act, 1935, the legacy was removed on the basis of custom and according to the Muslim Personal Law plaintiff the Muslim heritage was governed and settled.
