NATIONAL SAVINGS STAFF UNION, KARACHI versus FIFTH SINDH LABOUR COURT,KARACHI
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 1 (3) (b), 9 and 10 Union Cancellation Registrar Registration of trade unions erroneously in the registration of the Trade Union of National Saving Staff, but upon the Registrar filing an application to the Labor Court to cancel the registration. Labor Court accepted. The registrar's request for a trade union license revocation is in violation of the law that the National Savings Staff stated in praise of a civil servant that the National Savings Staff Union filed a lawsuit against the Labor Appellate Tribunal. Appeal was filed because it was clearly the Department of Savings Employees' appreciation of public servants and the Service Tribunal has exclusive jurisdiction over matters relating to their terms and conditions of service, labor courts and tribunals. Were not eligible to submit applications under the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969. The registrar trade union was rightly allowed by the court to cancel the registration of the National Savings Staff Union, because it could not be registered under the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969.
