FAZLUR REHMAN versus NAGARIA TEXTILE MILLS LTD., KARACHI
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 Appellant Tribunal's duties required a full-fledged appellant to recover, but he was not allowed by the employer to resume the appellant. From today, the pay as duty is payable when they are allowed to report for duty as per the High Court order on which they will be considered as arrears of salary, if any, because they are not. The appellant's complaint filed at the time was correctly dismissed by the Labor Court as incomprehensible. A balance means that the arrears will be considered unpaid. The appeal of the workers has been dismissed on technical grounds along with the request for a complaint regarding the recovery of Section 25A dues. The appellants had no effect on recovering the dues
